1. Activities Description

   1. Improving the teaching staff´s capabilities and capacities in Compliance Management teaching and research:
      1. Updating the EU content for enhancing the teaching skills of Ukrainian HEIs teaching staff according to EU experience and UA landscape.
      2. Developing and providing one EU training program on Introduction to EU Compliance Management education: innovation and interdisciplinary approaches.
      3. Providing 4 online webinars (8 days total) on Compliance Management (management, economics, entrepreneurship, law, and business ethics aspects).
      4. Developing 4 EU training programs and activities at “EUComplianceM4UAmethods” Summer School on EU teaching methods in Compliance Management education.
      5. Providing the EU Summer School “EUComplianceM4UAmethods” on EU teaching methods in Compliance Management education (management, economics, entrepreneurship, law, and business ethics aspects).
      6. Organizing the final international project conference.
   2. Developing 5 courses for Master's students at Ukrainian HEIs to improve the level of competencies, skills, as well as employability potential, and the Guidebook for Master's students “Compliance Management”.
   3. Creating open micro-certified short-learning Compliance Management programs for business managers in order to better match labour market needs.
   4. Empowering the digital transformation in the teaching of Compliance Management in Ukraine.
      1. Creating an introductory educational video showcasing the European experience in Compliance Management.
      2. Creating The EUComplianceM4UA YouTube channel.
      3. Developing the Futurebook (e-book) for Master's students “Compliance Management” (in English and Ukrainian).
      4. Installing 5 university podcast studios.
      5. Developing educational podcasts on Compliance in Ukraine.

2. Work Packages

      1. To ensure a successful project implementation, good communication with participants, and all project deliverables delivered on time with required quality expectations met.
      2. To set up the project management & monitoring framework.
      3. To ensure the smooth administrative, technical, and financial project implementation.
      4. To implement 5 transnational project meetings (TPM).
   2. Training for Academic and Teaching Staff, and Integrating Research. Lead - UPT
      1. To enhance the quality of Compliance Management Education in Ukrainian Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) by improving teaching and assessment mechanisms, ensuring robust quality assurance, refining management practices, and promoting innovation and ethics.
      2. To create an educational environment that not only meets international benchmarks but also emphasizes the continuous development of teaching staff.
      3. To foster their capabilities and capacities in conducting impactful research on Compliance Management.
   3. Enhancing Educational Materials. Lead - S.KUZNETS KhNUE
      1. To develop educational courses, including digital video and e-learning content, ready for piloting at UA HEI partners.
      2. To launch 5 university podcast studios at UA HEI partners.
   4. Implementation of Educational Content at UA HEI Partners under EU Expertise. Lead - UEPA
      1. Implementation of courses for Master's students at Ukrainian HEIs aimed at enhancing competencies, skills, and employability potential, with a focus on management, economic, and legal aspects.

      1. To increase the visibility of the project topics and results inside and outside the partnership.
