TARGET GROUPS
1. Teaching staff of higher education institutions: The project will provide training and webinars with the opportunity to learn about European approaches to compliance management, which will improve their skills and level of expertise and will contribute to the professional development of university lecturers through access to relevant and advanced knowledge in this area. The strengthening of the methodological framework on compliance management provided by the project will contribute to the creation of more modern and relevant curricula and teaching methods.
2. Master students: Students will have the opportunity to acquire new, relevant knowledge and practical skills in compliance management, which will improve their prospects in the labor market and career development opportunities in a demanding business environment after graduation. The implementation of the European approach will provide students with the opportunity to study and use international experience in the field of compliance management, which will broaden their global perspective, taking into account the peculiarities of the common labour market and legislation.
3. Managers and business owners: who will receive advanced training and up-to-date knowledge in the field of compliance management. Up-to-date knowledge of innovative compliance management practices will allow managers and business owners to improve their management strategies and increase the efficiency of business processes.
